Gaston Fouche brings over 20 years of software architecture and development experience to his role as CEO of Adaptive
Innovations, where he is responsible for the strategic direction, technology focus and operations management.
Prior to founding Adaptive Innovations in 2009, Gaston helped build Lifeguard Benefit Services Information Technology Infrastructure. He designed and developed the company's proprietary back office CRM software and optimized departmental process and workflows, helping Lifeguard become a leader in their industry before it was acquired by The Amacore Group in October, 2007. During the next two years at The Amacore Group, he directed the development software and managed projects for virtually every area of Amacore's operations including CRM integration, e-commerce, financial analysis, PCI & HIPAA Compliancy and high-traffic, high-volume
web development.
Gaston has also worked in several other areas of technology leadership for small and large companies in private and public sectors, performing technical due diligence and selling professional services.
